My friend, Jenn, came down from the Seattle area with her two boys, Tyler and Blake, to spend the week with us recently. Tony was in California for a police conference, so it worked out great, just us girls with ALL the kids! It was also great timing, because our church was doing a VBS/Sports Camp every evening that week. So Tyler went along with Sadie and Zack while Drew and Blake had some Mommy time!
Monday evening we took the little boys to a park nearby that has a water fountain. They had a blast!

Tuesday we hung out at our house and then during camp took the little boys to Tuesday Market, where there is another fountain! There was also a huge blow-up water slide thing that both Blake and Drew went on. I didn't take pictures, as I was fearing for Drew's life as he went flying down the slide into the deep pool of water!

Cheeseballs!
Wednesday we went to the zoo. The kids had a ton of fun!

Our little Eaglets

Silly Boys!

Me and my sweeties!

That evening we took Blake and Drew to the All-Comer's Track Meet. It was super hot and they were both a little cranky, so they just did the 50m hurdles, discus and softball throw and we were done.

Thursday was the last day of camp. The parents got to come early and watch our kids in their sports. Sadie did volleyball for the first time, so that was fun to watch. I even joined in the kids vs. parents game!

Zack did soccer and even thought this picture doesn't show it, he did really well according to his coaches! It made him excited for this Fall soccer season.

After camp = pizza and fudgesicles!

Friday we headed off to Seaside to spend the day. Seaside is awesome. Maybe a little overstimulating for some, but still a good time.

It was a tad bit windy!
Of course, the kids had to ride the train! It's their favorite part of Seaside every time we go!

Sadie somehow misplaced her body on the beach. Not really sure what happened...

Playing in the surf

Ahhh, the sand!
All in all, it was a very busy but very fun-filled week. The kids did impressively well with each other and Jenn and I had a really wonderful time just hanging out together. Can't wait til next time, Jenn! :)
