Yakima

Tony's Uncle Mike and Aunt Kim and also his Grandma, Nanni, live in Yakima, WA.  Nanni turned 84 on January 16, and we had a mini family reunion to celebrate the week after her birthday.  The drive was a bit treacherous, as it had just snowed, but it sure was beautiful!

Mike owns an Italian restaurant in Yakima, and we were so excited to see it and enjoy the food for the first time!  It is super cute and the food was delicious!

Later that evening, Tony's cousin Brianne was cheering (and dancing) at her high school basketball game, so we all went along to watch!

The next morning, we ate breakfast and swam at the hotel before heading back to Mike and Kim's house.  It snowed all morning and since the kids had their snow stuff, they headed out to play!  Brianne and her older sister, Melissa, went out with them and they had a blast!

What a great weekend we had!  We have a wonderful family and can't wait to see them all again!!
