Day 2 - Thursday, May 1

Thursday we decided to head into California Adventure for the day. The weather was great - not too hot, not too cold. And there was hardly a wait for most of the rides, so we were able to do a lot.
CA Adventure has a Playhouse Disney show that we went to right when we got there. It is kind of a puppet show with all the characters from the morning shows that the kids love to watch - Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, Tigger and Pooh and Little Einsteins. I was really excited, especially for Drew, since he loves Mickey and Rocket from Little Einsteins. However, once the show started, he freaked out! I am not sure if it was the actual characters or if it was just too loud and too crazy with the lights. Either way, I had to take him out partway through the show! I was a little sad, but what can you do?

After doing rides and other fun things, we sat down to watch the Pixar Parade. It was the coolest parade I have ever seen! Here is a glimpse of the fun!
