Catching up

Wow, it's been awhile. Have you missed me? I know there are some of you who check this every day and I am so sorry for letting you down day after day without a new post! There just isn't that much going on right now, and we are loving it! Of course, the next 5 weeks or so will bring a flurry of activities - a trip to Eugene for Thanksgiving, two trips to Washington, multiple choir performances for Sadie and TONS of Christmas activities, so hold onto your boot straps!

In the meantime, a few cute pics of the boys. We go back and forth between professional haircuts and Tony doing them. This time we decided to save some money and have Daddy give haircuts. I think these were his best yet! I didn't get any of Zack during his haircut, as I was giving Drew a bath. But you can see the final product.

Nurses at the Beach

This weekend was my annual girls' weekend in Cannon Beach with nurse friends I worked with at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma. This was our 8th year, I can't even believe it has been that long! There are 9 of us, but 3 of the girls couldn't make it this year, so the group was smaller than usual. We still had a wonderful time reconnecting, eating (lots), reading, playing games, laughing, crying, shopping and just having fun! I am so thankful for these women and that we have a bond as strong as we do.

Trick or Treat!

Alright, alright, after being harrassed by my sis-in-law for pictures from Halloween, I am finally doing it! (Kidding, Chrissie! HeeHee!) The kids each had a school party and got treats from two of their grandmas, so we were overloaded with candy before Saturday even rolled around... We had a pizza dinner with our fantastic next door neighbors and then hit the pavement! Besides a slight fear of obtaining the flu from candy and Zack pooping out halfway through, we had a fun time trick or treating and now have 10 times more candy than we could ever need or want!
